All of our meat is organic/ biodynamic and comes from Plaw Hatch Farm and our trusted, high-welfare, small-scale suppliers.
Beef and lamb is 100% grass-fed. Our sausages, stuffing and bacon are all gluten-free and made without nitrates/nitrites.
